4. Fantasy Gameplay and Scoring

• Event availability, roster composition, trade windows, and scoring rules are determined by Fantasy Surfing League.
• Scores, standings, corrections, and event outcomes may be updated if errors, rule clarifications, or official result changes occur.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious mistakes, technical issues, duplicate entries, or rule violations.

5. Memberships, Promotions, and Prizes

• Paid memberships, promotional access, contests, and prizes may be subject to additional eligibility rules and disclosures.
• We may modify or discontinue features, benefits, or promotions where reasonably necessary.
• You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations associated with prizes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

Fantasy Surfing League and its content, branding, software, visuals, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit platform content without permission.

The service may rely on third-party authentication, payment, analytics, hosting, or communication tools. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Surfing League disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.
